New Barge Mounted E-Crane at Mulzer Crushed Stone

In early 2016, Mulzer Crushed Stone ordered a Series 1500B / Model 11264 E-Crane which will be mounted on a deck barge. The E-Crane has a maximum duty cycle capacity of 16.5 Mtons (18.2 UStons) and a maximum outreach of 26.4 meters (86.5 feet). This is a flexible mobile floating offloading platform that allows barge unloading to a shore mounted hopper, floating hopper or direct to trucks depending on the product and location. The floating rig incorporates the latest design for spud operation, barge haul winches and power distribution. This is the third E-Crane purchased by Mulzer since 2011....

Successful Start-Up at Shamblin Stone

E-Crane Hosts Students from Pioneer Career and Technology Center

On March 18, E-Crane was happy to host a small group of students with high functioning autism at our facility in Galion, OH for a workshop tour and presentations about our company. A group of 5 students as well as 3 teachers attended. The students sat down in the conference room to hear a presentation about the E-Crane company, who we are, what we do, and where our E-Cranes are located. Op vrijdag 19/02 gingen we met de leerlingen van 1 STEM , 1TA en 2ME op bedrijfsbezoek bij E-Crane te Adegem. Dit bedrijf is onze peter van de STEM richting. De bedoeling van dit bezoek is om te weten te komen wat het bedrijf precies doet om daar dan een project met de Lego mindstorms aan te koppelen. Dit wordt dan getoond op de opendeurdag. We werden hartelijk ontvangen door Marjan, Magali en Sven van het bedrijf.
