At this moment there is a special visitor in the port of Zeebrugge (B). The “Mama Mobokoli” is a special pontoon with a very large crane on it. The final destination is the port of Matadi in Congo (Africa). There the pontoon will be used for discharging bulk carriers loaded with flour. The voyage to Matadi will take about 40 days. The name “Mama Mobokoli” is lingala, one of the official languages in Congo, and means “careful mother”.
