Last week, E-Crane USA hosted a hands-on training program at the Texas Service Center facility in Rockport, Texas. The week long program was held for E-Crane representatives to learn more about E-Crane equipment, and was attended by Mr. Germán Bertolo, Mr. Alejandro Garcia, and Mr. Jerry Hoffman.
Mr. Germán Bertolo is an E-Crane customer service representative for sales and service in Argentina. (See ‘Partnership between E-Crane International and Ingeber’.) Mr. Alejandro Garcia is an E-Crane representative in Mexico. (See ‘Another Milestone to Improve E-Crane Sales and Service in Latin America’.) Mr. Jerry Hoffman is E-Crane’s Business Development Manager for Latin America.
The training program consisted of both classroom and hands-on training, utilizing local E-Cranes in the area which are serviced by the Texas Service Center. The program included maintenance training, as well as advanced hydraulic and electrical training for troubleshooting purposes.
All participants, including E-Crane USA, were pleased with the outcome. Steve Osborne, CEO of E-Crane, and the rest of the staff would like to thank our representatives for attending. “We look forward to continuing to work together as we develop new customers all over Latin America!”
