E-Crane International signed a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Maple Leaf International

E-Crane expands and strengthens international dealer network

On Thursday, January 26th a ceremony was held at the E-Crane Worldwide offices in Adegem, Belgium, for signing a renewed Strategic Cooperation Agreement between E-Crane and Maple Leaf International.

This cooperation agreement will further enhance the level of the said cooperation and expand the existing ties in the material handling equipment sector in the following fields:

  • additional investment of over 200.000 US$ (150.000 EUR) in the local spare-parts inventory to further improve domestic parts availability
  • planned regular service training of Maple Leaf engineers, both in Bangladesh and in Europe
  • improved cooperation and information exchange in the field of E-Craneinstallations and service tasks
  • cooperation in the research, development and commercialization of Bangladesh specific material handling solutions

Mr. Bas Tolhuizen, international sales manager for E-Crane, expressed that the signing of the strategic cooperation agreement will be useful for all parties involved, including the E-Crane end-users, and it will particularly enhance the competitiveness of E-Crane in the international market and further expand the international trade scale of E-Crane.

Mr. Enamul Huq, Managing Director of Maple Leaf, appreciated the continued close cooperation. As a loyal partner and strong supporter of the E-Crane product line, Maple Leaf will be helping E-Crane to become one of the leading equipment suppliers for bulk material handling in Bangladesh.
