About the standards used for certification:

ISO-9001 is a global quality management system designed to help organizations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders while meeting statutory and regulatory requirements. The standards are published by ISO, (International Organization for Standardization).

ISO-14001 sets out the criteria for an Environmental Management System (EMS). It can be used by any organization that wants to improve resource efficiency, reduce waste, and drive down costs. Using ISO 14001 can provide assurance to company management and employees as well as external stakeholders that environmental impact is being measured and improved.

PN-N 18001 (OHSAS 18001) certification relates to the safety and health management. Its main objective is to identify circumstances that threaten life and health of employees and eliminate the risk of their occurrence. PN-N-18001 is the polish equivalent of OHSAS, the international standard defining the requirements for the management systems of OSH.
