E-Crane Attends CARI Convention

For the second year in a row, E-Crane International USA has attended the Canadian Association of Recycling Industries (CARI) convention.  The tradeshow focuses on scrap recycling and is aimed at improving and promoting the scrap industry in Canada. This year the convention took place in Halifax, Nova Scotia and saw over 170 attendees and around 40 exhibitors.  

There is currently a rail mounted 2000 Series / Model 21382 E-Crane in operation in Nova Scotia at Nova Scotia Power, a few hours from where the convention took place in Halifax. The installation of this crane took place in 2005.  The crane is being used to unload material from large cargo ships and vessels into a hopper. E-Crane took the opportunity of being in Halifax to pay a visit to this customer and take a tour of the E-Crane and dock. The NSPI operators have been very pleased with the E-Crane, and all of them say that they love operating it.

The trip to Halifax for the CARI convention and visit to NSPI was a success. E-Crane hopes to continue promoting its products to the Canadian scrap industry in order to continue to expand further into the Canadian market.
